Oud is a virtual oud instrument app designed for iPhone. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Personal Information
Oud does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, address, or other directly identifying personal information in order to use the app.
2. Musical Activity and App Settings
Your interaction with the virtual instrument, multi-touch performance, maqam or microtonal adjustments, sound selections, pitch-bend, reverb and other musical controls is processed on your device. Oud does not upload your musical activity or performance data to the developer's servers.
3. Audio Content
Oud includes detailed instrument samples recorded from a real oud and provided as part of the app. Playing the instrument does not require your musical performance to be uploaded to an external server.
4. Tracking and Advertising
Oud does not use your data for cross-app tracking, does not sell personal information, and does not contain third-party behavioral advertising.
5. App Store and Apple Services
When you download, purchase, update, or otherwise use Oud through the Apple App Store, Apple may process information under Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not received or stored by Oud.
6. Device Permissions
If a future version of Oud requests access to a device feature, the app will request permission through iOS before using that feature. You can manage granted permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
7. Children
Oud is a musical instrument app and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Data Security
Oud is designed to keep its core musical interaction on the device, minimizing the amount of personal information handled by the developer. No method of electronic processing can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the app's features, technologies, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

4. Takip ve Reklam

5. App Store ve Apple Hizmetleri
